By taking part in a photo shoot with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions
1. Deposit
A deposit of £20 is required to make a reservation.
Deposit is not refundable however there are a few exceptions:
Bad weather conditions, being in hospital or in an emergency, cancellation by photographer.
I always offer to re-book our photography session so then re-booking because of above situations do not need to pay another deposit.
If client want to change a date of photography session because of other reasons new deposit is required.
2. Time
I reserve the right to 31 working days to send photos to a client. However it usually takes me less than 2 weeks.
Time of our photo shoot depends on kind of session.
3. Number of photos
Minimum number of photos depends on kind of photo shoot so please check Menu -> Services.
4. Watermark
Every photo will have my watermark which can not be removed. It is for secure my work and steal photos in the internet.
5. Editing
You will receive fully and professionally edited photos so there is no chance to see them before editing.
I am sorry but I do not letting anyone for editing photos made by me because of many reasons like this is my work which represents me, not respect photographer job, worsening photos quality etc. Only photographer is author, creator and owner of the photo.
But if you have any suggestion what you will change on the photo please feel free to let me know about it and I will see what I can do.
6. Ban
People who will break contact with me before photo shoot will get a ban and I will not be able to do any photography session for this person in the future.
7. Social media
By taking part in my photography session you agree to your photos be shared on my social media.
All photos which you receive from me are for your dispositions what mean you can share them any time where you want on your social profiles. However photos are for your personal use what mean that you are not allowed to sell them to anyone or any third-party.
To own rights of photo/s please contact me to ask for a price.
8. Charge
Deposit must be send or pay to hand before photo shoot. If you prefer to send deposit by bank transaction or PayPal please write your name and 'deposit' in the title. The rest of the money is paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day of the session. In case of bank transfer photographer will NOT start editing process until the full amount will be paid.
There is no charge for fuel up to 20miles from Stockton-on-Tees TS198LE. Location/stable/yard above 20miles from Middlesbrough TS3 will be charged 45p/mile.
9. Photographers rights in the United Kingdom
I have right to keep any photographs.
I own the copyright to any photographs I take, not a client.
I can do photographs of any person/subject in public place.
I do not need written sing from model to use photos, model agree for that while taking part in photography session.
I do not need photography license or ID to be a photographer.
I have right to sell photo for third-party for eg. magazine. *
* In case of selling photos I'll contact you before, I am more respectfull person who understand that not everyone like to be seen in magazines.
